With a notable background at the British Deputy High Commission in Chennai and then in leading roles in Global Immigration & HR Departments in Prominent IT and FMCG firms such as First Advantage, Virtusa, IBM, Sasken and Diageo, Ms. Jani brings valuable insights in navigating Immigration and Global Workforce Management complexities.

 She also serves as the Chapter President at the Asian African Chamber of Commerce & Industry (AACCI) for Tamil Nadu since March 2024 and is also the Global HR Policy & Governance advisor for 99 InfoSystems Inc.
