SJ Mobilita, founded in 2017 and has offices in Bangalore, India and Delaware, USA. Ms. Jani Jermans, the founder of SJ Mobilita, possesses nearly two decades of expertise in Labor and Immigration Compliance across 190+ countries. With a notable background at the British Deputy High Commission in Chennai and then in leading roles in Global Immigration & HR Departments in Prominent IT and FMCG firms such as First Advantage, Virtusa, IBM, Sasken and Diageo, Ms. Jani brings valuable insights in navigating Immigration and Global Workforce Management complexities.

She serves as the Chapter President – Tamil Nadu at the Asian African Chamber of Commerce & Industry (AACCI) since March 2024, where she actively facilitates international trade, investment, and cross-border business collaboration. She is also a Member of the Board of Advisors for AACCI, Nigeria Chapter, contributing strategic guidance to strengthen Asia–Africa economic engagement.

She is the Global HR Policy & Governance advisor for 99 InfoSystems Inc. and the Global HR & Compliance Partner at Dhi Brisk Inc., supporting organizations on workforce strategy, regulatory compliance, and global HR governance.

In addition, she serves as a General Counselor for school children, providing guidance and support on personal development, well-being, and life skills.
